Phil Starr
PRESIDENT
Phil joined circus in the early 1990’s. He is our board president, is on the investment committee, and the lead for the rousts in show. He joined CCAC to ensure circus is a part of our community for generations to come.
Suzy Keidel
VICE PRESIDENT
Suzy joined circus in 2002. She is our board vice president, lead for our annual fundraiser dinner, our board member nominating lead, and our laison with the American Youth Circus Organization. She joined CCAC because she wanted to support the beniftis of youth cirucs in our community and be able to support all our local youth by having an opportunity to participate in the program and experience the cirucs family we exist to support.
Tom Gleisberg
TREASURER
Tom joined circus in 2006. He is our board treasurer, and is on our investment committee. He joined CCAC to help continue the legacy of the circus.
Spencer Mathey
SECRETARY
Spencer joined the cirucs as a kid and participated for 12 years. He is our board secretary and on our investment comittee. He joined CCAC to give back to the community in which he was raised and share the professional skills he has acquired in the entertainment industry with the local circus youth.
Megan Starr
BOARD MEMBER
Megan joined circus in 1994. She is our merchandise lead and helps with our fundraiser dinner. She joined CCAC to be able to give back to the amazing program that has given so much to her family.
Melissa Moore
BOARD MEMBER
Melissa joined circus as a kid and participated for numerous years and then came back as a parent and trainer with her child in 2004. She is our co-lead for the Do Circus Squad. She joined CCAC because it allows her to support and give back to ta community that has given her family and her so much joy over the years.
Karen Skaret
BOARD MEMBER
Karen joined circus in 2009. She is on our costume commitee and helps with social media. She joined CCAC to support and give back to the community that has provided so much for her family
Jenny Ewalt
BOARD MEMBER
Jenny joined cirucs in 2017. She is our membership lead and she helps with our fundraiser dinner. She joined CCAC so she can support the families of circus arts in Redlands.
Eric Pendery
BOARD MEMBER
Eric joined circus in 2011. He is on our costume commitee. He joined CCAC because he wanted to make sure we always had circus in Redlands.
Damon Needelman
BOARD MEMBER
Damon joined cirucs in 2008. He is the scholarship lead, website lead, and media sharing lead. He joined CCAC because his family recieved financial help when they started circus, and he wanted to help current circus families in need. He believes, like the CCAC does, that all families should have the opportunity to do cirus despite their financial status.
Maria Galvez

Maria joined circus in 2008. She helps with the fundraiser dinner and creating print media. She joined CCAC to help support an amazing organization that she loves and has personally witnessed the positive impact it's made for families in her community including her own.
Amy Moyles

Amy joined cirucs in 2002. She helps with our fundraiser dinner and with merchandise. She joined CCAC because it’s where she’s made life long friends and great memories. She’s very proud to be part of cirucs!
Ben Ver Steeg

Ben joined circus in 2013. He is the co-lead for the Do Circus Squad, and on the investment committee. He joined CCAC because he wanted to help ensure that our circus program is around for more generations.
Stephanie Mitchell

Stephanie joined cirucs in 2015. She is part of the costume committee. She joined CCAC to give back to a program that has made a huge impact on her children’s lives.
Nicol Watanabe

Nicole joined circus in 2017. She is the lead for show ushers and helps with our fundraiser dinner. She joined CCAC because circus is one of the most important things in her daughters life, therefore she wants to support circus and the CCAC in whatever way she can.
